Podcast episode 266: iPod Memories, Duo Mania, and a Little Pro & Tell 🪄

In the News

Brett Burney happened to be in New Orleans on Friday, so we had an opportunity to record this week’s episode of the podcast together, in person, at my law firm. We start the episode by looking back to the past: 25 years ago when Apple first announced the iPod. It was a wonderful device when it debuted, and it got even better over time. It also forever changed Apple. Next, we turn to the present of Apple because the iPhone Duo is now in the hands of users, as long as they are one of the lucky few to get an iPhone Duo on Day 1. With some fantastic reviews released over the last few days, we now have more of a sense of what this device is all about. And yet, the device still remains a bit of a mystery because it seems to be one of the coolest most delightful devices ever at the same time that it may be the worst iPhone ever. Finally, we turn to the future, discussing the predictions of what Apple will announce in a few days, on October 28, at its Pro and Tell event.
